We believe that local, community-supported food systems are the way into the future. As a commitment to uplifting our local farmers and makers, all organic grain is sourced from Idaho, Montana + Washington with fresh ingredients from local farmers, our garden, and the forest whenever possible.

All bread offerings are wild-yeasted, naturally leavened sourdough and fermented for 24-36 hours.
